INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
I OBSERVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF FLYING INSECTS WITHIN THE DONUT DISPLAY CASE. ALL UNPROTECTED FOOD ITEMS HAVE BEEN DISCARD. UNPROTECTED PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE STORED IN THIS CASE UNTIL INSECTS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED. |
