The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (D) Eliminating harborage conditions.
Observed a large amount of insects within the donut display case located on the retail floor. - Repeat (Correct By: Aug 6, 2021)
Inspection Comments   INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

I OBSERVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF FLYING INSECTS WITHIN THE DONUT DISPLAY CASE. ALL UNPROTECTED FOOD ITEMS HAVE BEEN DISCARD. UNPROTECTED PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE STORED IN THIS CASE UNTIL INSECTS HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED.
